In our JPO Forums, Junior Presidents set and achieve big goals with a growth mindset and help others do the same.
Each child is challenged to create goals that fit with their values and passions. They then think through the best way to achieve success in these goals. Throughout the year, forum members check in to ensure each one is on track, or to help one another overcome life's unexpected challenges. As a result, lifelong relationships are developed and grown.

The JPO Teams program offers a monthly team-building and leadership development session, as well as the chance to compete against other teams in programs like the Stock Market Game. Kids can either create their own teams or join existing ones that align with their age, location, interests, etc.
